What happens in a typical class?
The class starts with
us lining up in rank orders before starting a simple warm up. The aim of our warm up is not aerobic exercise (go to the
gym for that) its simply to loosen your joints and get you ready for training.
After the warm up we practice our breakfalls and do a few
rounds of throws before splitting into groups of people the same ability or rank as ourselves to practice syllabus work or
new techniques.
At the end of the class we thank our partners and line up again to finish the class.
